Plaza Ayuntamiento Grand Apartments - Valencia

We had a great weekend staying here because the location was excellent, just a short walk from an underground station and in the old city center.

The apartment was decent base for sightseeing in Valencia, loved it. The queen room was beautiful and well equipped with central heating, a work desk, and TV. Had everything we needed, would recomand.

Newly furnished rooms overall like in the photos. I loved the fact that it was in the middle of the city. Speedy check-in, amicable staff...

I had a fantastic holiday stay at this place with an unbeatable location near shops, Valencia's attractions, a supermarket just a 2-minute walk away, and the train station and old city center only 5 minutes away.

Great location! You can easily walk to a public market from here. The staff is really friendly and helpful. 😊

The hotel claimed to have free wifi and air conditioning, which was great because I can't live without my internet and I hate sweating in European summers.

Oh, I just loved paying extra for parking and not being able to contact the owner. Such a delightful inconvenience.

The apartment lacked some finishing touches, with pictures not hanging and the sofa bed not put away. The shower pressure was weak.

The apartment was clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. It was conveniently located, just a 2-minute walk from the metro, which provided a direct link to the airport. the building even had a lovely roof garden, which was a great spot to relax. the host was very attentive, contacting us on the first day to ensure everything was going well.

There were a couple of minor issues. we would have appreciated an extra pillow each as well as more mugs, as we found only 3 mugs and one of them had a broken handle.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the center of the city, within walking distance to all the interesting places. the metro station is just a stone's throw away, providing a direct connection to the airport. there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping.

One minor downside mentioned in a review was the lack of blinds in the apartment, which compromised privacy.

Like a magician's kitchen, the fully equipped kitchen in this apartment had everything I needed to whip up a meal - from the fridge that kept my groceries fresh to the microwave that quickly turned my leftovers into a delicious feast. It was like having my own personal chef at my fingertips!

Leaky air conditioner.

I had a great value for my money at Austria 4 in Valencia. The room was clean, newly furnished, and had a modern design. The location was fantastic, right in the center of the city with many restaurants and bars nearby. The owner were very good, provided helpful recommendations and even giving his personal phone number in case we needed anything. The building had good security and there was a lovely roof garden to enjoy.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was improving the variety of options available.
